Automations for tradespeople

For the installer The work that comes back every week does itself.

Quotes, job sheets, mail and missed calls, handled over WhatsApp. From €150 a month, and it is yours.

What I build

Four automations, one dashboard, and it is yours. They are already built, in the order of your day. You pick one, I set it up on your prices and your systems, and within two to four weeks it runs.

€1,250 setup and €150 a month per automation, usage and AI costs included. See the prices

On site, your phone. At the table, your dashboard.

On the job you send a photo, a voice note or a few words over WhatsApp. What comes out is on your phone a moment later, and in the dashboard in the evening. There is nothing to install.

  1. In the vanYou talk through the job, or send a photo of the sheet. A few words is enough.
  2. On your phoneThe quote is ready, at your prices. It only goes out once you say ‘ok’.
  3. At the tableWhatever you left for later is in the dashboard. One tap on Approve, and it is out the door.

The AI scan

Does an AI name your business when someone looks for an installer?

Eight questions, a minute of work. Then I look up live what an AI assistant answers when someone in your town looks for a tradesperson, and you get the answer in your inbox.

  • Whether an AI names you when someone in your town looks for a tradesperson.
  • Who is named instead, and why.
  • Whether your address, number and opening hours match everywhere.
  • Three things you can do tomorrow, and where you win back time fastest.
Which business do I look up?Name and town are enough. If you have a website, I look there too.
What kind of work do you do?That is what I will literally ask: who is the best in this trade around here?
How many people are you?
What would you most like to change?Pick the closest one.
How does an enquiry usually reach you?
Where does most of your time go?More than one is fine.
How many hours a week do those take together?
Where may the report go?Usually within five minutes, within an hour at most. Only the report, nothing else.

Three steps, and after that it is yours.

  1. 01

    Twenty minutes, free

    The scan, then a call

Run the scan, then you know where you stand. After that you tell me in twenty minutes where your week goes. I say honestly whether there is something to gain and what it costs.

  2. 02

    Two to four weeks

    Building

Fixed price, fixed date. Halfway through you already see it working with your own data, no presentation. If something else turns out to be needed, you hear it before I build it.

  3. 03

    An afternoon

    Handover

You get the code, the runbook and the agreement on paper: if you stop, or I stop, I put it in your name. You don’t have to arrange anything: I set it up, you sign. After that I maintain it for as long as you want, not for as long as you have to.

Ownership

You buy it, you don’t rent it.

With most providers you rent access: cancel, and you lose everything. With Looped, what is yours stays yours, and what I run for you, you take with you when you stop.

You do not have to arrange or set up anything: I set it up and run it, you sign. The GDPR processing agreement comes as standard.

Nout van Eck, the builder behind Looped

Who I am

Hi, I’m Nout!

I’m eighteen and I study artificial intelligence at Utrecht University. Alongside my studies, under the name Looped, I build automations for installers and other tradespeople.

Almost every business owner I talk to knows they should do something with AI. Only: what, and how? That’s where I come in. I look at what keeps coming back in your week and build one thing for it that works. Not ten things that almost work.

I write the code myself and run it for you. Your data stays in your own software, and you get the code and the runbook: if you stop, or I stop, I put it in your name. You know up front what it costs and roughly when it’s done, and halfway through you already see it working with your own data.

Questions you already have

The most common questions, answered up front.

Does this work with the software I already have?

Yes. What I build adds to your existing bookkeeping, planning or CRM. No extra system for you or your people to learn.

How soon do I notice anything?

Two to four weeks, from the first conversation to running. Halfway through you already see it working with your own data and your own prices, so you know well before delivery what you are getting.

I'm not very technical, is that a problem?

No. There is nothing to install and nothing to learn. You send a message or make a call, just like you do now; the rest happens by itself. The only thing you do is say 'yes' to what is ready, and that takes one tap.

How do you handle my customers' data?

Your accounting, mail and calendar stay yours; I connect them with a permission you can revoke yourself. What the automation needs along the way, such as a job sheet or a draft, sits in a secured database, separated per customer. I only pass on what the task needs and use business AI services that do not use your data to train their models. Nothing goes out before you have seen it. A data processing agreement for the GDPR comes standard with every job.

What about laws and regulations, like the AI Act and the GDPR?

That is covered. It says plainly that it is an assistant, you approve everything before it goes out, and everything is logged. That also means it meets the European AI law in force since August 2026. The strict rules in there are about job applications, loans and medical matters; this work does not come anywhere near that.

Does it cost more if I use it a lot?

No. The monthly fee covers the use of one business, the AI costs and the maintenance. There is no meter on quotes, job sheets or messages. Only call minutes really cost me money; how that works is on the pricing page.

What happens to what I enter in the scan?

You enter your business and town, answer a few questions about your week and say where the report may go. I run a few real searches from your town and the report usually lands in your inbox within five minutes, within an hour at most. I use your email address once for that. I do not call and there is no newsletter. It is a snapshot of today. If you are already fine, I say so.

Tell me where your week goes.

Twenty minutes, free, and you hang up with an honest answer about whether it is worth building.
