Terms and conditions
Version 26 September 2026. Looped Automations is not yet registered with the Chamber of Commerce; until then the terms below apply as part of every quote.
What you buy
An automation for a fixed setup price and a monthly fee, as shown on the pricing page. The setup price buys the setup and what is made for you along with it: your configuration, your data, the runbook and the code, with an unlimited and transferable right to use it and have it changed. Looped runs the automation in its own environment. The monthly fee covers that running, maintenance and changes when a connected system changes, for normal use by one business. If usage structurally deviates far from that, we talk first. The Phone Assistant includes 300 call minutes a month in the monthly fee; above that I charge €0.15 a minute, visible in the dashboard.
How it goes
We agree together in advance exactly what the automation must do. Halfway through you see it working with your own data. If something else turns out to be needed, you hear what it costs before I build it; no extra work appears on the invoice afterwards. Delivery is two to four weeks from the first call, unless agreed otherwise.
Paying and cancelling
You pay the setup price at the start; the monthly fee monthly in advance. There is no annual contract: you cancel whenever you like, and the monthly fee stops at the end of that month. Within thirty days after that you get everything and, if you want, I put it on your own accounts; after that I delete your data at Looped. If Looped stops, you hear so ninety days in advance and get the same, at no cost.
Liability
An automation lets a person approve before anything goes out; you keep the final say. Looped is liable for damage caused by its own mistakes up to at most the amount you paid Looped in the six months before. Not for consequential damage, and not for errors in connected third-party systems.
Data and the AI Act
A data processing agreement comes with every assignment. Every automation that talks to customers says it is an assistant, keeps a log and comes with a handover document, as the EU AI Act requires.
Law
Dutch law. In a dispute we talk first; if we cannot resolve it, the court of Looped's place of business has jurisdiction.
