What I build · One Inbox
The question came in. Just not where you were looking.
One Inbox pulls mail, WhatsApp and your contact form into a single list, sorts what arrives, and drafts the reply alongside it. You read and send.
Wednesday 07:30. Four places, one list.

The draft at the top, in your tone
Good morning Mrs Bos,
That is unpleasant. For now, close the small valve under the sink and the dripping stops. I will come by this morning between 10:00 and 11:00, Kerkweg 12.
Regards, Mark

How it works
- Everything lands on one list
Mail, WhatsApp, your contact form and Google reviews arrive in one place, in the order that matters: urgent, quote request, standard question, can wait.
- The answer is already there
Every message comes with a draft in your tone, with the customer details looked up. Standard questions like "when can you come" are already answered.
- You read, adjust, send
One tap and the answer goes out through the channel the question came from. Nothing leaves without you.
Where it goes wrong
4
places a question comes in: mail, WhatsApp, your form and Google
2 hrs
a day switching between channels and typing answers, most of them standard questions
42 hrs
was the average time before a business replied to a web inquiry
The 42 hours comes from Harvard Business Review research (2011) among 2,241 US companies; read it as direction. The two hours is an estimate for a business with one office worker, not a measurement at a customer.
- A question arrives on WhatsApp while you are in your mail. You see it two days later.
- You answer the same question for the fiftieth time, retyping it every time.
- You no longer know what is still open, because it sits in four places at once.
What changes
| When | Now | With One Inbox |
|---|---|---|
| Something arrives | In one of four places. Which one, you find out later. | In one list, wherever it came from. |
| A familiar question | You retype it, or put it off. | The draft is already there, in your words. |
| Something that can wait | Sits in among the urgent. | Set aside, so you see the urgent first. |
| Before you send | — | You read it over. Nothing leaves without you. |
If an assistant talks to your customers, it says in its first sentence that it is an assistant. The EU AI Act requires that and it is built in.

Five questions
Does the system send replies by itself?
No. It writes the draft, you send. If you later want standard questions to go out on their own, you switch that on per type.
Do I have to move my mail?
No. Your mail stays where it is; the inbox reads along and replies from your own address.
Does it work with WhatsApp?
Yes, through WhatsApp Business. Your existing number can come along.
What if a message is sorted wrong?
You drag it to the right pile, and the system remembers. In the first weeks I watch along.
Where are my messages stored?
Your mail and WhatsApp stay where they are. The list and the drafts sit in your part of the environment, separated from other customers. If you stop, or Looped stops, you get everything.
Does this fit your week?
Twenty minutes, and you know whether it is worth building. Pick an evening or a Saturday morning in the calendar; it only loads when you tap the button.
