The AI scan
Does an AI name your business when someone looks for an installer?
More and more people ask an AI assistant instead of Google: who is a good installer around here? I look it up for you. You get the answer in your inbox, with the spot in your week where you win back time fastest. Eight questions, a minute of work.
- Whether an AI names you when someone in your town looks for a tradesperson.
- Who is named instead, and why.
- Whether your address, number and opening hours match everywhere.
- Three things you can do tomorrow, and where you win back time fastest.
What happens to what I enter in the scan?
You enter your business and town, answer a few questions about your week and say where the report may go. I run a few real searches from your town and the report usually lands in your inbox within five minutes, within an hour at most. I use your email address once for that. I do not call and there is no newsletter. It is a snapshot of today. If you are already fine, I say so.
How do you handle my customers' data?
Your accounting, mail and calendar stay yours; I connect them with a permission you can revoke yourself. What the automation needs along the way, such as a job sheet or a draft, sits in a secured database, separated per customer. I only pass on what the task needs and use business AI services that do not use your data to train their models. Nothing goes out before you have seen it. A data processing agreement for the GDPR comes standard with every job.
