What it costs, before you ask.
Fixed amounts per automation. No hourly rate, no quote you wait two weeks for, and no figure that only appears once you are on a call. You pick one and you know beforehand what it costs.

What the setup fee buys
Ownership. Your data stays yours, and you get the code and a runbook. I run it for you while you pay the monthly fee; if you stop, or I stop, I put it in your name and another developer can take it over. With most providers you rent access and lose everything when you cancel.
What the monthly fee covers
Everything needed to keep it running: hosting, integrations, the AI costs and maintenance, also when a connected system changes. No meters and no per-item rate: one quote more or less makes no difference to the monthly fee.
Is there a limit?
No, with one exception. Normal use by one business is included, and that stays that way: one quote, job sheet or message more or less makes no difference. The only thing that really costs me money per unit is call minutes. That is why the Phone Assistant includes 300 call minutes in the monthly fee and every minute above that costs €0.15; you see it in your dashboard before the month is over, not afterwards on the invoice.
What the conversation costs
Nothing. Twenty minutes, and you hang up with an honest answer about whether there is anything to gain. Sometimes that answer is that off-the-shelf software solves it better. Then I say so, and it cost you twenty minutes.
What you are not tied to
- No annual contract. The monthly fee runs per month and you cancel whenever you want.
- No hourly rate, and no extra work appearing on the bill afterwards. If something else turns out to be needed, you hear it before I build it.
- No platform you get locked into. Your data stays in your own software, and if you stop, you take the rest with you.
