Privacy statement
Last updated: 27 September 2026.
This statement is short, because there is little to tell: this site stores no personal data and sets no cookies.
The site
This is a static site on Vercel. There is no analytics, no pixel, and no cookies are set. Vercel keeps standard server logs with IP addresses for the operation of the platform; I have no access to those beyond error reports.
The AI scan
If you do the scan, your company name, town and trade go to Anthropic’s AI model, which runs the searches. I send the report through Resend to the address you give, with a copy to myself so I know who did the scan; I do not use that address for anything else. Your name and your answers about your week are used only for that report and are not stored separately. Anthropic and Resend are based in the United States; the transfer is covered by the EU standard contractual clauses, and Resend is also certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Resend keeps sent mail for 30 days.
The calendar and email
If you tap "Book a call", the Cal.com calendar loads; only then does anything go to Cal.com and their terms apply. If you choose "Email me the full scan", your own email program opens; what you send lands in my mailbox and is used only to reply to you.
On an assignment
If I build something for you, I connect to your own software with a permission you can revoke yourself. What the automation needs along the way, such as a job sheet or a draft, I keep in a secured database, separated per customer, for as long as the assignment runs. If you stop, you get it and I delete it. A GDPR data processing agreement comes standard with every assignment, and the AI services I use do not train on your data.
Your rights and questions
Because I store nothing, there is usually nothing to inspect or delete. If you still want to know something, email info@loopedautomations.nl. Complaints about the handling of personal data can also be filed with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
